to most areas. 4WD vehicles are only required for parts of Blowhole
Beach Rd and Boat Harbor Rd.
Can I visit Deep Creek Conservation Park
all year round?
Yes. The Park is open throughout the year.

No. You will enjoy sole occupancy of your cottage. Combined
with the location of our accommodation in different areas of the
park, this ensures you will enjoy a peaceful and private stay.
How difficult are the walks in Deep Creek
Conservation Park?
Each walk in the Park is graded as either easy, moderate or hard.
Walking trails are well maintained and sign posted with estimated
times required for each available from the information booklet in
you cottage or the Park Headquaters. There are a choice of walks
ranging from a 20 minute stroll along the stringybark trail to the
more demanding circuit walk for the experienced bushwalker.
Will I need a guide?
This depends on your own needs. If you want to obtain a feel for
the Park and its attractions a self-led walk may be sufficient.
Those wishing more detail on the Park's history, flora and fauna
can undertake a guided tour. Please ask us for details.
How isolated is Deep Creek Conservation
Park?
Although Deep Creek Conservation Park offers an unspoilt backdrop
in a semi-wilderness environment you can obtain a range of services
including general groceries, petrol, newspapers, post office, telephone
etc at Delamere, a small township approximately 15 minutes away.
A full range of other services such as restaurants, shops, banks
etc are within a 20-30 minute radius.
