Ridgetop Retreats - Designed by Max Pritchard

Southern Ocean Retreats is proud of its collaboration with renowned SA architect Max Pritchard which led the way back in the late 1990s with the design of the Ridgetop Retreats.

First RAIA recipient for holiday accommodation in South Australia

The Ridgetop Retreats have since set a new benchmark in architectural holiday accommodation and their award winning design has been widely used as an inspirational template for subsequent projects throughout (South) Australia.

The Ridgetop Retreats were the recipient of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA) Award in 2001 against a field that included big budget entries such as the National Wine Centre and the Dame Roma Mitchell Centre.
